I love eating good food. I take great joy in preparing it, and great pride when the results leave little to complain about. But I'm finicky and very hard to please, and surely not learned enough.
I find Italian cuisine to be the most satisfying - it all starts with great produce, treated with respect and prepared mostly in simple, sensible ways. These "design principles" resonate a lot with my personal philosophy of quality and simplicity.
I'm going to collect here my own recipes, as well as others' recipes that I find essential (and can hardly be sued for!).
